How do I become a certified Lagree instructor?
Complete the Official Lagree Level 1 Teacher Training. It runs for four days and at least 30 hours, is approved by Sebastien Lagree and is hosted by studios around the world.
How long is Lagree Level 1?
Level 1 runs for four days, with a minimum of 30 hours.
In which languages does Nelly teach?
Nelly teaches in Russian, English and Turkish.
What does Level 1 include?
It includes the official global Lagree Level 1 certification, with each trainee entered into the Lagree system. You also receive lifetime mentoring from Nelly for questions, feedback and first classes, and lifetime access to the training materials and Nelly’s Level 1 guide.
What is the difference between Level 1 and Level 2?
Level 1 is the official certification to teach the method. Level 2 courses build on it and require it. Nelly’s Level 2 courses run six hours online with anatomy applied throughout; a standard Level 2 runs four.

Do I need Lagree certification for Functional Anatomy & Physiology of Lagree?
No. The foundation course is open to movement professionals.
Are the anatomy courses online?
Yes. All four courses in the Master Anatomy Series are online.
What do I receive after an anatomy course?
You receive a certificate of completion. The course PDFs arrive before the training begins, and you have seven days’ access to the recording of each training.
