This policy explains how SHAPEUP THE FUTURE OF SPORT COACHING SERVICES L.L.C S.O.C, operating the personal brand of Nelly Ilyasova (“we”, “us”), collects and uses personal data through nellyilyasova.com. We are the controller of that data. Contact: hello@nellyilyasova.com, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The source and campaign that brought you to this site are recorded with an enquiry.
What we collect
- Details you give us in the enquiry form: name, email, WhatsApp number, Instagram handle, city and country of residence, the trainings and cities you are interested in, your Lagree background and certification year, studio details if you want to host a training, hotel or company details and group size for private groups, and any message.
- Your email address if you join the Master Longevity list.
- Basic technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as your browser type and the pages you visit.
- An anonymous record of your cookie choice: a random consent ID, selected categories, policy version, page path and banner language. It does not include your IP address, name, email address or user-agent.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry about the trainings you asked about, by email or Instagram DM.
- To send training news and dates by email only if you tick the optional email updates box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To organise training dates, groups and host studios.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We rely on your agreement to respond to enquiries, your separate optional consent for email updates, and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site. You can withdraw email consent at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that help us run this site and reply to you, such as our hosting provider, Google Workspace (where enquiries are stored) and our email provider. Where a training is held at a host studio, we share the details needed to register you there, only with your agreement. We never sell your data.
International transfers
Our service providers may store data outside your country. We use providers that apply recognised safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as you want to hear about trainings, and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires longer. Anonymous cookie-choice records are kept for 24 months from the recorded choice. You can ask us to delete enquiry data sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the EU and UK GDPR and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, receive a copy, and withdraw consent. Write to hello@nellyilyasova.com and we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Access to enquiry data is limited to Nelly and her team, protected by secure accounts.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
